对于租船方而言，尽管船在租方手里，他还必须提供，支付燃油费包扩港口费，（？这个单词肯定拼错了，我有点印象的，具体是什么忘了　[s:24] ），拖船费，代理业务，代理（权），领事的费用，已经一些其他常用的花费否则示为同意...
